Chisel diamond dressers are used for forming accurate profiles on grinding wheels. Various shanks, radii, flats and angles are available on these chisels as following, Angle from 30¡ã- 60¡ã & Radius from 0.002¡±-0.02¡± Profile diamonds can be used for all grinding wheels (e.g. corundum, special fused alumina, silicide carbide grain with ceramic and resinoid bond. |
| Impregnated Diamond Dresser |

They have been developed from multi point dressers. In contrast to the latter they are manufactured with crushed diamond grit rather than small natural diamonds. The advantages of the diamond impregnated dresser lie in its exceptional sharpness, which results from sharp edges and points of the broken diamond grit. Impregnated dressers are generally used to straight dress larger wide grinding wheels. |
| Multi Point Dresser |

More economical than single point dressing tools because small diamonds are mainly used. Thanks to the larger diamond surface the work load is optimally distributed. The multi point dresser wears down much slower when comparing with single point diamond tools. It need not to be re-set or re-cut during its entire service life. Multi-stone dressing tools are usually used for large grinding wheels. |

It consists of long needle shaped natural diamonds placed in a metal matrix in such a way to allow consistent performance. There is no rotating required, no adjustment and can be replaced when completely consumed. This tool is generally used for forming of grinding wheels and are best suited for dressing of alumina oxide and silicon carbide grinding wheels. Also apply for grinding auto parts like Crankshaft, Camshaft, Connecting rod, Axles, Gears etc. |
