Full Disc Sisal Buff

  • Cloth woven from sisal strands and cut into full disc shape
  • Each layer of disc is covered up by one another and spiral sewn by cotton yarns
  • Spacing between rows can be either 1/4", 3/8" or 1/8"
  • Treated sisal buff goes through a "dip" treatment, making the buff harder, more durable and not frays easily
  • This kind of buff is best used for cutting operation of steel and stainless steel.

Bias Sisal Buff

  • Cut on bias at 45 degree into sisal strips with dip treatment
  • It durability is much longer than the traditional sisal buff
  • A metal flange is used in the arbor hole and spiral sewn
  • The number of ply varies with specific requests.
  • Spacing between rows can be either 1/4" or 3/8"
  • Excellent for pre-polishing and cutting metal as well as removal of surface imperfection without sisal casting off easily
